Today is Jan 1st, 2025, and this is my WhyDrink Story. I have decided that I’m no longer going to let alcohol or any other substance, for that matter—like unhealthy food—lower my vibrations. Lower vibrations prevent me from making the right or perfect decisions. You don’t realize how much unnecessary substances play a part in your life every day. One drink today can affect a decision days from now.
Now, taking that into consideration: who’s to say I shouldn’t have owned the first single-person trillion-dollar company by now? Had I made the right choices, this could have happened. And now I can’t because Steve Jobs holds that title. However, I have decided to start a farm from nothing while working to build the second single-person trillion-dollar company. I don’t know where I will start, but you can believe I will have started by the time you read this.
And this, my friend, brings us to my journey. It starts off quite meek. I sit in silence with quantum-level thoughts, determined to make something from virtually no resources. I continuously remind myself that the results of my actions, when faced with a decision, are entirely dictated by my choices. So, I’ve chosen to not only always make the right decisions but also to force myself to make more decisions—not just sit and wait for something to happen. Not wait for something to get excited about. Not wait for some other force’s desire to act upon.
Simply put, you have to create your own waves. So here’s my plan: Because I want to start a farm and grow food, I’m going to create something that changes the farming industry. I got “sick and tired” of eating the food. Or, I should say, what passes for food. It’s ridiculous. I ate a grapefruit the other day, and afterwards, my hands were coated in this fish-scale-like substance that was hard to wash off, even with dish soap. I told myself, that’s enough. If you can’t trust the fruit from a popular grocery store, you probably can’t trust anything—including alcohol companies.
So, my rule of thumb is: If I’m not there when they’re making it, I won’t eat it—like a turkey from a Butterball food processing plant. Nerp!
So that’s my story. Not only that, I’m going to seek out as many other things that may align with this vision or can be built in parallel to my farm idea. Here’s my plan: I’m going to find some USDA-approved land, then I’m going to have GPT help me develop a plan, including crop planning, property layout, and the location for me to live on the property. This will alleviate some of my personal living costs by incorporating that into the company I’m building—a property that I invest in.
On top of that, I will be developing a new product that will help advance the agricultural industry. I’m thinking the product I develop will help everyday people grow their own healthy food.
What does this have to do with not drinking? I ask because it has everything to do with not drinking, as I said in the beginning. Drinking can impede a decision that can ultimately affect the rest of your life. Drinking is not the problem—it’s the solution to the problem. The problem is seeing or realizing you have so many other options. Destroying your body and mind is one of the worst possible ones.
So, I’m glad we’ve decided to go beast mode in 2025. See you at the top. Warriors must rise. As a wise man once said: “Get your shit together!” In order to grow, you must shed your old, weak skin. I’m shedding my skin by making a plan. Writing it down, my plan for 2025, and tearing the shit to shreds.
For some of us, we like to put the cart before the horse. Do you even know if you’re doing this? Let me give you an example. Let’s say you’re single and you live alone. You don’t have many friends and get bored quite often—like every night or, let’s say, 2–3 nights a week—so you grab one drink or stop at the bar to catch a quick one, all while wasting time. Now, in my eyes, that’s putting the cart before the horse. Just think of this: If you had a girlfriend or wife that you were madly in love with and she didn’t drink and was always at home waiting for you to come back from work—or just always waiting to see you—and when you’re with her, you two are always having the most fun and you’re just as happy as ever, I bet you wouldn’t even drink.
So why drink first? That’s the most unproductive thing you could do. Plus, you’re just hoping something lands in your lap when the proper way to go about this would be to go to the gym or work to get a better job. First, improve yourself and your situation. Then find the girl of your dreams and base the relationship on real feelings.
Ask yourself: Am I doing this?
The old days are over. It’s time to sink that ship like loose lips. I’m making the right decisions. I’m getting my financials in order, building an entirely new product, staying focused, doing everything I said I was going to do, and giving everything 100%. I look forward to this journey and hope you tag along.
